Create Transferable Development Rights
If you want to sell your land, we are often able to close quickly. Since development is not our intention, acquisitions are not subject to permits or approvals. If you have a family estate that you need to sell but you would like to see it preserved, we can offer another option.
If you want to keep your land, you can still monetize it. Through the use of established transfer of development right programs we can explore the possibility of extracting development rights from your property. Not all areas are suitable or desirable to be developed. Other areas are more suitable and could benefit from added density. By using these TDR programs, you may be able to be compensated for permanently preserving a portion of your property. You would still own your property but give up the right to develop that portion of it.
